Humanitarian Assistance

We provide essential support such as food and non-food items, clinical rape management, mental health and psychosocial support, and protection services to ensure their well-being and resilience.
Women's Rights and Advocacy Training Series
The Women’s Rights and Advocacy Training Series program by the Nicole Ilunga Foundation equips participants with a comprehensive toolkit that emphasizes leadership, public speaking, equality, and women’s empowerment. The program employs effective pedagogical practices, including open discussion and constructive debate. Additionally, participants engage in researching the prevalence of gender-based violence in various areas to gather valuable resources for addressing and preventing it. Moreover, they actively contribute to the foundation’s advocacy work.
Fellowship for Artists
In 2022, the Nicole Ilunga Foundation launched the Fellowship for Artists, aiming to cultivate a network of local and national artists committed to using art activism to address gender-based violence and inspire positive change within their communities. Since its launch, the program has supported 80 artists and creators from 4 provinces: Ituri, Kinshasa, North Kivu, and South Kivu.
